Dear ADD colleagues, Trying to begin the discussion here in the Thirdroom. Great to see a lot of you at the Konventum retreat this week! Thanks for many mind-boggling discussions. 😊 I wanted to share a few papers from neighboring fields that resonate with our perspective (i.e. AI is relational, taking place between actors and within organizational settings, etc.). Please see below. Last week, Alexander and I participated in the workshop “AI and Emerging Technologies: Beyond the Hype.“ It was a vibrant group of diverse scholars from management and organization studies, sociology, information systems, etc. If you’re interested, have a look at #theorizingAI on LinkedIn. Let me share some fascinating papers by keynote speakers and discussants. Hopefully they can stimulate our ADD discussions and help us in our ongoing research endeavor.
